My stay at Mekong Hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. While the location by the river is a significant plus and the rooms are spacious, the cleanliness left much to be desired. The staff were not particularly friendly, which added to the overall disappointment despite the reasonable prices.

The air conditioning was a bit noisy, and while the cleanliness was decent, the linens felt worn. The lack of a lift was inconvenient, especially with luggage, and the service quality left something to be desired.
